By accessing or using Aesthetron AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to applicable platform rules, including Figma policies and relevant laws.

2. Service scope

Aesthetron AI provides AI-assisted design generation, modification, and export functionality within supported workflows. Features may evolve over time to improve reliability, quality, and security.

3. Account and data handling

To keep your account functional, we retain only encrypted account email information required for account continuity and access control.

We do not store user chat logs, prompt transcripts, or conversation history as persistent account records. We also do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data that is not required for basic service operation.

4. Pro Pass usage

If you use Pro Pass (including Bring Your Own Key), you are responsible for maintaining valid provider credentials and complying with provider terms. Pro Pass usage does not change our core commitment to minimal data retention.

5. Billing and credits

Paid credits and add-on subscriptions are billed according to pricing shown at purchase time. Access may be limited if billing status is unresolved or payment obligations are not met.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, or use the product in ways that violate law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

7. Availability and warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we work to maintain reliability and security, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
